What Id like to do is keep a line spacing of 1.0 on the text, but add padding between list items (between bulleted content). To change the line spacing in a document to single. line indent is always -20 - this value only needs to change if you want differing amounts of space between the bullet.

Unfortunately I don’t see any functional solution… I already suspected the bullets from messing up the line spacing and after some testing I determined I’m suffering from the same problem as Luke described up here (over 2 yrs ago). Word will display the Adjust List Indents dialog box, assuming that you are dealing with a single-level list.
