What Id like to do is keep a line spacing of 1.0 on the text, but add padding between list items (between bulleted content). To change the line spacing in a document to single. line indent is always -20 - this value only needs to change if you want differing amounts of space between the bullet.

I’m listing sub-items in a bulleted list and that’s where the fun starts of unexpected extra vertical spacing… Very unexpected and unpleasant behavior, which I’m not used to in MickeySoft Word… I clearly see how to control the spacing around a bullet relevant to its text. 0 is no space, the higher you go the more space. I even checked “Don’t add space between paragraphs of the same style”. Select all the text then: Layout ribbon > line spacing. Unfortunately I don’t see any functional solution… I already suspected the bullets from messing up the line spacing and after some testing I determined I’m suffering from the same problem as Luke described up here (over 2 yrs ago). Word will display the Adjust List Indents dialog box, assuming that you are dealing with a single-level list. Right-click (without losing the selection) and choose Adjust List Indents from the context menu. I’m new at LibreOffice, and I’m running into the same problem as above. Click the very first bulleted symbol in the list, so that Word selects all the bullet symbols.
